The Oasis Bistro, on the lawn at the Mount Nelson Hotel, reopens today.
We can’t vouch for the food, the revamp has taken so long we have forgotten what it was like, but promise to find out. The buffet is gone, replaced by a “new à la carte menu offers an exquisite choice of Mediterranean-inspired dishes, as well as a selection of local classics”.
